At first glance, I want to say 64-RD, but I'm always a little high, so it's probably a 63.

Wayyyy to many heavy marks in the obverse fields to put this guy anywhere over MS-63.
Still a really nice looking coin!

Well, just because it's in a slab doesn't mean the grade's correct  Still too many hits for MS-65 IMO. Fantastic luster and a great strike, though

That is one fantastic 1909 VDB. I have one coming hopefully just like it. For some reason I become ill looking at a badly worn out old coin.
