Far from a gem . MS-60 Details . Is that doubling on some letters of IGWT ?

I can't quite figure out what's going on with the splotchy tarnishing on the outer areas? I'm in the 60 to 61 range, details - Environmental damage?

MS-63, perhaps 64. Which does not mean it's "perfect". The very tiny hits and location of those hits on this quarter won't take it down to 60 or 61.

Mox , While I always value your opinion , In my opinion I think your grossly over grading this coin . Lets hope Beefer shows us the slab with grade .

Something about this coin seems off to me, not just with the toning but with the hairlines. I could see a TPG giving it MS-62, but I would say it's closer to MS-61.
