The TPG will remain unnamed for now. What do you grade this?

Assuming that's a dog hair on the reverse and not a scratch, MS63

I'm in at MS-63. Milk spots and just overall chatter/dings. Luster is really nice!
Rest in Peace

with 63 and NOT FBL. I would also caution that there are many collectors, myself included, who will not touch a Coin with this degree of milk spotting.

Looks like NGC to me.

with MS-63 and that it's not FBL. While the luster is very strong for the grade, the milk spots really hurt the coin IMO

Lots of hits all over the portrait. I'll say 62.

I'll go with 62. I'm wondering when it was slabbed. If it was slabbed years ago, those spots may have appeared/developed after the fact. I know there are some, that might think this guy is a good candidate to break out and dip.

This would also be the perfect candidate to buy the coin not the slab. JMO

I'm with you on that one - I've returned MS69 ASE's graded by PCGS. How do they get away with that grade on a milk spotted coin? The almighty grading fee?
