I just found this 1969d and was wondering if this is the same kind of error as the floating roof, missing initials, etc.? Over polished die? This one is missing a good bit of the motto. Thanks for the help.

Nice find!

That is a filled die error. Sometimes grease or other gunk will clog parts of the die, and those clogged parts don't get transferred to the coin.
