The heavy die file lines right up under the chin extending to the nose and below the bust caught my attention. At least I hope that's what they are since PCGS calls it a 63. I'm anxious to get it under a loupe. There are plenty of die file VAMS identified for the 23-S. Any ideas on this one? Thanks in advance.

The die file marks are about the only thing there that can be seen as far as details. The closes I can come, with this in mind,is a VAM-1EC2.It's the only one with the scratches in the right direction.Without better pictures its hard to tell.So this is just a guess.

Thanks. I can faintly make out the die crack from 192 up to N-G in the image.

Yes, it's in the mail. I wanted to take a closer look if nothing else and it auctioned relatively cheap probably due to the poor image. Thanks again.
