I agree with cwb. Cool finds! Counterstamps are awesome little collectibles. They are scarce in the coin population, repeat patterns so can be cataloged, and are scoffed at by coin purists as Post Strike Damage so only a few people actually collect them keeping the price way down and easily affordable.
Modern counter stamps are about as popular as game tokens so the tough part is finding them as they are rarely listed. Hunt the junk boxes at small shows.

I couldn't agree more. What you're saying applies to a lot of different coin collectables including clashes, over-polished dies, cracks, etc. I'd hate to be color-blind in such a colorful world. These were stamped in the 80's and sold as commemoratives for around $5.00. They are collected by many.
