I just found this coin in an unsorted pile but can't identify it because of rust. The side to the left in the below image has a sprig of some plant with branches of three leaves surrounded by a ring of dots. The right side has a large "2" surrounded by a ring of alternating filled stars and hollow diamonds. The two sides seem to have medal alignment. Any ideas?

Doesn't look like a coin to me, it could be some kind of gaming token.

Welcome to the forum! No date, denomination or place of origin. I agree with echizento that it is probably a token. Did you pull it out of a 25# bag?

Yeah, I did. There were a few tokens in the bag and this is probably one of them. With the second and third opinions, I'm sure of it now. Thanks for all your help.
