I am not sure why no one has answered this, but I think this was 'minted' far closer to 1997 than 1667. This looks like play pirate's treasure.

I'm guessing no one with real knowledge on this subject has answered simply because we see so many of these shown by newer members.
These types of "coins" are frequently sold at beach resorts by just about anyone with or without a "stall".
If you can list a size in mm. and a weight in grams it would help us ascertain with greater certainty if this is a real Spanish piece, or not.
Note that 99% of these introduced here are not real. But you might be that 1%. Weight and measure would help a lot.

Take it to any jewelry store and they would probably weigh it for you for free, if you ask.

In my humble opinion this is an older silver plated counterfeit with lead alloy center, purportedly from Seville, Spain. The "octolobe" design identifies as mainland Spain and not Central or South American colonies of Spain. The core material seen extruding at the edges is not silver. The "S" to the left of the shield is the Mint mark for Seville. The shield is a pre1700 style, lacking Philip V's fleur de Lis. This may be a very old counterfeit but of poor quality, having nonsense legends and a cast appearance to the silver surfaces. I don't think this is your typical pirate coin replica.
