Can someone confirm that, that's what I'm seeing is the larger space in the ribbon. I'm not aware of any other markers. Unfortunately his Dad was an old time collector who believed in cleaning all his coins. Many coins display fairly strong hairlines indicating a good cleaning with some kind of abrasive wiping going on. I'll just sit back on this guy's auction and watch everyone waste their money. Also, what a fantastic idea to display a coin, by setting it on a wire stand. One slip of the hand and the coin will have a very nice scratch, giving it a 'details' grade.
