Ive had these tubes of pennies fro about 20 years. theyre all unable to be opened and appear to be uncirculated as they are still red. any ideas on why sealed or value? best I can tell is they are large date.

I'm a nickel guy but I do know there were a lot of RPMs for this year. I think someone else will chime in and tell you more.
