Large leaves, large date.
Tough to see in those pics but pretty sure it's OBV2
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It's an Obv 3 .. it looks like the long crossbars on the E's in Dei and Regina. Obv 2's have short ones.

it looks like no foot on N in Regina OBV 2 to me

Hard to tell. Does a big or small gap exist in the "C" in Canada.

Does the bust touch the bead above Canada or is there a gap?

I would go with a Obv 2, the C, looks open to me.

The photos are so grainy and dark, it's hard to see clearly. However, the E in DEI definitely has the long crossbar and that specific Obverse was only used for '91 & 92. I can't see the C in Canada well enough to see open or closed, but an Obv 3 is the ONLY one that had the long crossbars. The N in regina isn't seen clearly enough to tell.
