okiecoiner Pillar of the Community Canada 5589 Posts	Posted 12/05/2016 8:03 pm The photos are so grainy and dark, it's hard to see clearly. However, the E in DEI definitely has the long crossbar and that specific Obverse was only used for '91 & 92. I can't see the C in Canada well enough to see open or closed, but an Obv 3 is the ONLY one that had the long crossbars. The N in regina isn't seen clearly enough to tell.
