I am looking for a Christmas gift to my self from my wife and have considered a coin rolling machine. I would be rolling a few hundred nickel and penny rolls and would love to get nice, tight shotgun type rolls.

Any suggestions that won't break the back for rolling machines?

These would be for archiving (hoarding) rather than for returning searched coin to the bank.

I agree that the tight rolls will make sure the coins will not fall.

Check out the video on Youtube and the website that sells it (I am assuming you haven't seen it?). I think it starts at $350 and goes all the way to a couple of thousands.
