Went metal decring the other day and was hunting a early 1900s homested and come across this button,seal..not sure what it is or its orgin. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Very cool find!

Is it made of metal?

From the quality of the artwork alone, I think we can rule out the possibility that this was made before the 1900s. Most likely, I would say 70s or later, when the US and China started trading again and Chinese culture/things became a little less taboo.

Yes it is metal, appears to be copper. It is just an unusual find.
