Can any one tell me if all lunar series gold coins are legal tender minted by governments? If not, which one are not legal tender?

If you are referring to the Australian lunar series, they are gold, with limited montages of about 30,000 pieces.

A goggle search will give you buy and sell prices.

What I am trying to find out is if there are any lunar series gold coins that are minted by non-governmental agencies and are not legal tender. If there are, what mint produces them.
