It's not a doubled die, therefore not a variety but an error.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Oh, ok. Thanks for the Specifics. I thought when 2HP is attributed to a coin as in the silver dollars 1947 2HP-3HP-4HP these were just varieties. They do seem to be gradable as such. ICCS doesn't grade errors so I guess in that case, there's no point in sending it in for a cross-grade...
