Unknown-India-Or-Celtic-Or-What?

Anyone recognize what this is? It measures 8.4mm and weighs 4.28 grams. It looks like it is a silver alloy. The obverse barely resembles a crude copy of the image used on the obverse of Alexander III drachms.

Thanks in advance for any help

With the heavy patination shown in the picture, hard to guess the purity of silver.

The Durotriges did produce a large proportion of high copper alloy billon in their 'silver' staters.
