NGC - NGC special labels and designations will be available for the 2017 Bi-Metallic Rooster coins.

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) will offer several special designations and labels for the highly anticipated China 2017 Rooster Bi-Metallic ¥10 coins. The coins are scheduled to be released to the public on Wednesday, January 4, 2017. Comprised of two different copper alloys, the 2017 Rooster Bi-Metallic ¥10 coins are the third issue in a series that started with the 2015 Goat ¥10.

NGC has created a rooster-themed label for these coins and other Year of the Rooster issues. NGC will also offer its popular "Early Releases" and "First Releases" labels and designations for coins received within 30 days of the coin's release (January 4). For Early Releases and First Releases cutoff dates, click here. See submission instructions below.

In addition, the special NGC "First Day of Issue" designation and label will be available for coins received by NGC within one business day of the first day of issue. To qualify, special submission instructions must be followed (see First Day of Issue Submission Instructions below).

Submission Instructions

To qualify for Early Releases or First Releases coins must be received at an NGC office before the Early Releases/First Releases cutoff date.

For submissions to NGC's Shanghai office, write either "Early Releases" or "First Releases" in bold letters on the NGC China Submission Form.

For submissions to NGC's Hong Kong office, select the Modern tier or higher and check either Early Releases or First Releases. Note: the Early Releases or First Releases fee is waived for Modern Bulk submissions.

For submissions to NGC's US office, select the Modern tier or higher and check either Early Release or First Releases.
