This is a bland looking coin without much crisp detail to consider. Why would it be so valuable? Have I gotten over zealous in grading as XF?

Book value seems to be very inflated as you can get it for very cheap on ebay. It is weird though as it does appear like a coin that would show up in a junk foreign box yet is still worth a bit. No comment on the grading unfortunately.

That coin in the OP is nowhere near XF. It's about a $5 coin.
