I'm calling this my "Whimsical Wheatie"....makes Lincoln look like he's wearing a propeller bow tie. Not worth much....but it DOES explain the smirk on his face....

That is not a Cud, a Cud is a major die break that involves the rim. Looks to be a die chip maybe

I think with the size of that, it would qualify as a Interior Die Break (IDB).
