Nice looking example! Did you opt for the TrueView imaging? I am have shied away from buying (just about) anything raw these days. I have been bitten too many times. I like my coins with a little "character";

I do not see any PVC damage

Green slime between the ox's legs and by the riders of the wagon and above the wagon wheels.

I passed on a few San Diego halves in PCGS slabs at the CSNS show 2 years ago because of PVC green spots even though they were in clean slabs.

I hope so too. That is a beautiful example! Looks like it has some color/Iridescence. I notices the prices have dropped recently which is fine with me. Buying opportunity!

If it is PVC damage, it slipped past the PCGS graders (problem free MS66), or developed after the fact. Still a keeper in my collection!

If it has not changed much in that time, I would not worry about it.
