Does anybody have any thoughts on these coins?

Every year the government of Moldova mints about 500 of these commemorative proofs with a different design on the reverse each year.

Here are the specs:

Composition: Silver
Fineness: 0.9990
Weight: 13.0000g
ASW: 0.4175oz
Diameter: 28mm

I am trying to determine whether or not these pieces will appreciate in Numismatic value over time, and whether or not it would be worth investing in these coins. I am a complete novice when it comes to world coins, so any help would be appreciated.

Only if the demand exceeds the supply.
500 is not many but if only 100 people want one its price will probably stagnate.

500 is rare in most cases.
Perhaps there are not many coin collectors in Moldova.
Nevertheless, what Kanga has said is correct.

If you want to ebay one of these, it becomes important to 'talk up' the description of it skillfully and truthfully, to get the best price.

Some potential buyers may 'bite ' at the low mintage, some may not.

Thanks guys, I appreciate your advise.

I had not considered that despite the low mintage, Moldovan coins might only be valued by a narrow audience.
