I think it's mostly grease and some wear. There are some areas especially on the reverse that are fairly sharp and close by areas not sharp. Grease usually leaves devices close to it slightly affected. Wear is usually more even. It looks to me like it started out as a very nice Struck Through Grease in a lot of areas, and then received wear.
Your welcome, yep, it will always be a nice Greaser. The wear takes it down a notch or two, but the damage is what sends it to heck and high water. lol
