I know this LWC is shot but just curious is this a grease problem or just wear - combo of both?

Thanks for looking.

Thank you, so just wear down. I was thinking the "1" in the date may be a greased area. But, no matter it shows its age.

Honestly it could go either way, but I personally thinks it's too far gone to tell.

I think it's mostly grease and some wear. There are some areas especially on the reverse that are fairly sharp and close by areas not sharp. Grease usually leaves devices close to it slightly affected. Wear is usually more even. It looks to me like it started out as a very nice Struck Through Grease in a lot of areas, and then received wear.

Thanks CM - and what a bummer. It would have been the best Greaser to date that I would have found.
Rest in Peace

Your welcome, yep, it will always be a nice Greaser. The wear takes it down a notch or two, but the damage is what sends it to heck and high water. lol
