Might be an anonymous follis attributed to Romanus III, but Echizento is our resident expert on Byzantine folles. I recommend posting the coin on the ancient/Greek/Roman/medieval board, where he or another member may be able to i.d. It for you - despite the double struck reverse.

Bob is correct it is a Class B Anonymous Folles attributed to Romanus III. Your reverse image is upside down. The reverse legend is IS XS bAS - ILe bAS - ILe ( Jesus Christ King of Kings).
