InfiniteInterest Pillar of the Community United States 673 Posts	Posted 03/27/2008 10:52 pm It is a 1913 Type 1 Buffalo, they only made the "mound " type nickel for part of 1913 - so the date can be known even if not visible on this coin. In this condition , I would say not much value- but more than a nickel. I cannot tell if there are remnants of a mint mark on the reverse pic, it could affect the value if there is one, but not by much I am sure.
