Hello,
New to the forum.
I have a 2016 D Cumberland Gap quarter. To the naked eye, the
reverse date appears to read 2016/7 (6 over 7). I tried to get the
best pictures I could, I apologize if the images are a little blurry. Any thoughts/comments
on this, would be greatly appreciated.

Not an overdate,those stopped a very long time ago. Looks like damage. Pics are good but please rotate them before posting,now my neck hurts
