spruett001 notice in your coin listing that there are no prices for the RB nor the RD designations for the circulated grades. those only start at MS60 and up. everything else would be considered BN.

That's what I thought but the quote was in reference to coin197 who said BN. Does it just mean that a slab wouldn't actually say BN?

I'm not sure if I answered my own question but NGC seems to have the BN designation for AU and less examples but PCGS does not.
