Poll Question
I'm not sure of the best place to post this but wanted to include New Members as well. I like to learn about those in the community but many do not have a bio and some don't even list the country. Of course, each member deserves the privacy they desire so I thought I would create a general, anonymous poll.
I've tried to include time zones that most of our members may be from (US, Canada and Australia) but if yours is not, feel free to comment.
So, what time zone do you live in?

Why not ask Bobby to collect ISP data?
That could give you member distribution, posts distribution, etc.
I'm sure he's just sitting there, waiting to help.
Cheers,

For one, he most likely would not give me that data and that's not what I'm looking for. It's just me being curious and hoping members will participate and everyone can see the results.

None of the above. I am a day ahead, and five hours behind west coast times.
Relatives live in San Diego, and I live in Sydney. That's how we think about it.

Interesting answer.

I'm surprised there was a US Mtn (no DST) response so quickly. If I had control, I would do away with DST altogether. It really messes with my brain chemistry or something... Maybe I should move to AZ.

You should have included an "other" option, at least I guess "Russian Federation" doesn't say much about time zones, but in my case it's Moscow - most recently UTC+3 (previously UTC+4, previously UTC+3 plus DST, and when I was born it was UTC+2).

I think a better question would be "What time zone are you awake for?" Just kidding, of course.

European something. In online registration forms it's usually listed as "Berlin", "Prague", etc.

There is a bill in the North Dakota Legislature right now to exclude the state from DST. I haven't seen any polls, but I've not talked to anyone against it. I'm hoping it passes. The main hangup will probably be that the bill also moves the entire state into the Central timezone. At the moment the SW corner of the state is in Mountain, and apparently they like it that way.
