Looks like the head of a bull. Maybe Celtic.

The letters on the obverse are definitely Greek, and I have seen the bull's head motif on Greek coins. But the fabric is odd for a Greek coin.

Roman provincial ? Greek coins with a bull's head are mostly silver .The inscription suggests also for Roman provincial .Maybe by googling coins bull's head facing or coins, bucranium (bull's head)? Good luck.albert
Rest in Peace

Weird coin. Still not sure if it's Greek or Roman provincial (not that there's much of a difference in some cases).

The obverse legend I can definitely read is OPOLIS, which doesn't really narrow it down; the previous two letters, however, are probably either OQ or QE, and I'm not aware of any Greek or Roman city that ends in either -othopolis or -theopolis (except for 6th century Antioch, for which this is wildly anachronistic).
