1990 LMC Reverse Cud?

I'm curious if this coin would be considered a reverse Cud? If you look at the lower left just below the memorial and just above the "O" in "ONE CENT" there is extra metal that shouldn't be there. It also seems there is a small die crack.

Thank you for the info! Isn't a die chip and a Cud kinda the same thing? The difference being that a chip happens inside of the die area and a Cud being a place near the edge where the die breaks?

Cuds always include the rim. If only on the rim it is a rim Cud. If it starts on the rim and goes into the central area of the coin it is a Cud.

A Cud needs to involve an area of the rim.
