It looks gold in color and I'm assuming it's brass or a cheap alloy. Has what appears to be an Old English style "h" on both sides surrounded by 8 stars. Identical on both sides and no other writing. Weird. I've searched Google extensively without results. Also, same size as a quarter.

Any-Idea-What-This-Token/Coin-Might-Be-From?

Probably a counter of some type. Or perhaps an arcade token. But with nothing to work with as far as where it came from or who used it, the why part of the question is virtually impossible to determine.

This is known as a Maverick in exonumic (token) language, which means that we don't know where it came from.

As been said it is probably an arcade token from a regional one, and yes it is a brass alloy.
