Looks like a tapered planchet. Normal thickness mostly except for the obvious stuff south of Lincoln where it is quite thin.

just going through a bag of wheats. Found the two tapered planchets I posted today within 10 minutes of each other. Sorting out all the RPM's right now but that will take a while. So far put a stage A 1956 RPM-003 in a slip and filed an AU 1953 RPM-006 with spikehead. Looking at a 1945 RPM-001 right now.
