Yep looks like die chips. Not a really dynamic one though, I think I'd throw this one on the counter and buy... Can you buy anything for a dime anymore?

Yes that's right. I remember now, you could buy a loaf of bread when we kids. When Coop was a kid they could buy a car! Don't tell him I said that.
