Lincoln Bicentinnial Error?

So I have been looking at the Lincoln Bicentennials for errors specifically the "extra finger" of the "Formative Years" pennies. As I was looking at this specific coin I noticed something different about Lincoln's face so I zoomed in and to my surprise I notice a very strange look near Ab's chin. Would like to get some opinions on what you guys think it could be. I have searched around for any Formative Years errors, specifically in the face, with little to no results. Almost all of the time it comes up with the extra finger error. Let me know what you guys think
