Now that's a definite doubled die! Really good shape too, like the defined splits on the letters. What is odd tho, look at the tail of the 9, pointed on raised, square under, almost seems like over date as well, 2 fonts used. Check out the inside lower left at 7 o'clock, not clear in pic but is something showing or shadow? Cool find, have no idea what foreign doubling is worth.

I meant inside the last 6 at 7 o'clock, could that have been a 5?

I remember when these came out, folks who didn't collect foreign, had to have one.
