It looks like a copy of the 1905A German States Prussian 20 Mark gold coin. But that weighs almost 8 grams.

Whether it's gold or not, I have no idea. What is the approximate size?

Maybe someone else has seen these before?

There are many miniature examples of US and foreign gold coins made in the 1/10 gram size. These are not official issues by any means. Here is a listing with many various types on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/50-VARIOUS-...047675.l2557

Not sure about whether its real or not, but at 1/10 of a gram, that's only 1/10 of a gram of gold Panda. If you ever hold 1 gram of gold Panda, you will know how small that is. 3 gram is similar to the size of the 1/10 ounce gold eagle.

These 1/10 gram will slip between your fingers and you will probably not notice it, but that it maybe paper thin, so that its greater in diameter.

1/10 of a gram of gold sounds more like gold plated than solid gold. The gold value is less than $4 if it's really just 0.1 gram. Are you sure it's not a tiny 1/10 ounce replica coin?
