That much is pretty evident.

However, I can also see what appears to be a brockage image of the queen on the reverse.

Could this be possible?

Nope - struck through a very late stage die cap. First thing I would do however, to put my mind at east would be to weigh it.

Excellent coin! Could be a 1962.. That seems to be a kinda common year for these in varying states of the cap. If it is, I have a later stage sister that may have come from the same cap.

Anyone else know if it is possible to have a die cap coin with a brockage?

brockage is a coin struck with a coin that is stuck to the die, leaving an impression/mirror image, or brockage on the struck coin.

the coin that produces the brockage is a softer metal than the die so it quickly gets thinner and thinner, turning into a die cap. as the die cap gets thinner the design from the die shows through more and more, so your coin is a late stage die cap where the brockage was faded and the die's design was beginning to come through.
