Good VF - EF, split grade.
I don't normally use Sheldon grades on Australian coins.

Great looking coin Mate, if there is no wear then MS63-64 if there is wear then AU55 minimum

Full eight diamonds, but wear on high points on the orb of the crown, King's moustache* and beard sidelevers*.

* These areas are very sensitive to wear, but weak strike due to worn obverse die may not help.

EF sort of wear on the feathers of the emu.
Center of star above shield not sharp, due to wear.

Perhaps scuffing on the high points through a rather nice patina helps to show up wear.

HA HA Just goes to see that you cannot truly grade a coin from a pic. Only with a 10x, good led light and 20/20 vision.

I've never seen toning like that on one of these coins.

That is a beautiful coin you have there. Awesome!

Results show just how hard some coins are to grade.I think even in hand some people would still have graded this coin VF.They are the
sellers that I seek out

It's grade is 'name your price'
I'd offer a small fortune for it.

edit:

May I ask what kind of camera you used in those photos?
They are really good.

Grading takes a lot of trial and error and practice but once you get to know the coins and what to look for it gets
easier and you get the grade right more often than not
