I really like the condition of this in hand. I guess mint errors in notgeld are practically the default.

Yea, the errors abound in that era, particularly in poorer states. WW1 really devastated the country. I recently came across some Notgeld coins made of porcelain, really cool, came from Butterfield. Sorry cant post any pix w/ this tablet.

Very nice looking coin! I collect notgeld from Duren...not far from Aachen. It's a fun and very interesting area to collect!
