So a big shout out to all the American vintage silver collectors to help me with a problem. I recently acquired a collection of silver from a deceased estate with the previous owner apparently being big in bullion dealing in the US in the 70's/80's. I don't have his name for providence but this is the left over of his silver that he held onto up till the end. It took me awhile to figure out what it was but I got it in the end and have listed the more obvious bars on ebay (feel free to look them up, I have the exceedingly rare 1/2 oz listed) but I am unsure what to do with the "tree". I appears to be an unbroken up mould of various size bars and it is clear they are M&b mining bars but they are unmarked. The stacker in me says just melt it and be done with it but I think a collector would like something like this for their collection. Thoughts?

M&B and Fosters are my two favorite old bars. Thanks for sharing.

I'm a huge M & B Mining collector and for god sake don't melt the tree. Think about how few of these "tree's" must be in existence and how did the sample you have make it out of the plant. On ebay there is a seller who does nothing more than deal in old and rare silver pours. I have done business with him in the past and have gone to him for counsel. I will see if I still have his information if you like and you can get his advice. Let me know via private message through CCF if you like to proceed. Dancing fruit just for posting your picture. Oh yeah a pepper as well.

I can understand dancing fruit, but how did that pepper make it into the group?
