I am unable to find too much information about this 1919 50 Pfennig piece. I know it is from the Gummersbach state and that is about it.

The only information I have come across on line is from the following link:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces26052.html

I was wondering the approximate number that was minted, rough value, etc.

Any information or links with information would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately my only catalogue on Notgeld (by Walter Funck) does not provide any information on mintage. It only states that your coin is made of zinc and has a diameter of about 22,4 mm. In terms of value the catalogue states 5 German Mark, which roughly equals 2.50 €. Cat. reference is Funck 180.3

Just in case you're interested in completing the Notgeld set of the city of Gummersbach: There are only 2 other types (same denomination) that are also quite affordable.
