Tt's not in Wexler or my CPG. Does anyone know more about it? That's one crazy looking date! Report this Post to the Staff

coinquest1961 New Member United States 33 Posts	Posted 03/12/2017 5:57 pm Some think it might be a counterfeit since only a single coin has turned up. I had the opportunity to examine that one-a very harshly cleaned VF and it looked OK to me but then I'm no expert in detecting counterfeits if they are very well done. And it's actually a tripled die. It also had a moderately doubled Class V reverse best seen on "UNITED." Report this Post to the Staff
