Hello everyone, I found this coin about five years ago in the drawer. Something about the golden color of it stood out and I snatched it up. It has wear marks from die polishing but appears to be a high grade. I was thinking about getting it graded one day, but needed more opinions on it before I blow 100+. I do know it is a 1996-p spiked eye I haven't seen one yet at this grade, looks like it was struck soon after the die was polished.

I wouldn't get it graded, it's not worth the grading fees.
Save that money for when you find a major error that would benefit more from grading.
Rest in Peace

to the family, diehard!

w/ Tanman2001, this is a nice MS-60 grade at best, worth maybe $1 in the marketplace. Certification can be saved for MS/PF-62 and above for modern coins. Glad you checked here first, you'd be doing this...

although the pics are at an angle, a little small and not quite sharp, you can still see minor circulation wear in the hair and eagle. AU58 and the slabbing fee's are not worth it for this coin.
