Nice enough although very common its Freeman 217 1+A and only worth about £4,slight wear and stain around V1.
There is a proof with the same dies and although the obverse has proof characteristics the reverse does not.

Sorry I dont know how to edit the above post but should also mention its Bronze and not Copper.

There is wear to the coin and not just bagmarks so it has seen light circulation.1937 & 38 1d's are readily available in BU.
