I've already been through a bunch of the sites recommended on this forum. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Gary and to the ancient coin forum

Your coin is of the emperor Valentinian I, reverse type SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE, with Victory holding a wreath advancing left

The mint mark looks like SMKA or SMKdelta so this would be from the mint at Cyzicus (modern day Turkey) sometime between 364-367AD
