Ulster Bank - 1-St January 1992 5 Note Strange Watermark

Hi, Its my first post here, hi everyone and hope I am doing this right.
I have been clearing out a relatives house and finding odd bits of change etc but also found tucked in an old wallet a 5 pound Ulster Bank note.
The paper feels strange but may be because its been in not very good conditions for at least 10years. When I held it up to the light the watermark says Limited. No metalic strip or any other watermarks.

Is this a genuine note or a counterfit. Was going to take it into the bank to check but wasnt sure what they would do if it was counterfit.
