Hey so just wondering what type of doubling this is... Lips, chin, neck, chest.. maybe some on the back of head and shirt if so not nearly as apparent....

You guys are always so smart, and helpful.. thank you in advance for your time!

In the late 1960's through the early 1970's, this type of doubling was fairly common. It is Mechanical Doubling on the profile. I can't see the other devices clearly enough to tell if there is more going on with your coin or not.
