Actually it is an error, but not a variety.

It is the common Mechanical Doubling like BigSilver said.

Pretty neat MD on IN GOD tho, if it wasn't so obvious elsewhere, that part requires a closer look, don't usually see it that way!

I noticed something when putting it away, take a look. I'm not sure if this makes it even better?

From what I've seen in my research, it seems that rotation errors have more value than typical errors.

I haven't really checked for off-rotation coins; are they that collectable?
