Grading non-pictorial coins is always tricky, and these Saudi ones appear to almost always be weakly struck, which doesn't help either. No higher than fine, in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback Sap. The center of the obverse is pretty flat and I never thought about it being from a weak strike. The reverse still has a discernible rim, it just doesn't show very well in the scan. Either way I couldn't pass it up for a meager $4.
