1854 3cs is a cleaned VF details coin with obverse graffiti and an uneven strike / misaligned die issue.
1918-S SLQ is cleaned VF30 details coin with a group of large obverse scratches to the left of the left leg.
Can't grade the 1913 with no reverse but obverse is upper VF-lower XF range, details, environmental damage/corrosion and porosity
The 1928 $2.5 is AU53 details, obverse is scratched left of the forehead and from the L in LIBERTY running down in front of the nose.
None of these coins will come back without a DETAILS designation in my opinion.
