Here's a 1999 S Wide AM I found in a set it bought the other day. If it's a 1999 proof (like the OP's) then CAM is rare. If it's a business strike then CAM is normal. Inversely, a '99 proof WAM is normal and a '99 business strike WAM is rare. Phew! I'm not even sure that's right when I re-read it! Edit: Maybe it's the German in me but, everytime I see " WAM" I read it as "VAM."
